The Norwegian Armed Forces Aircraft Collection at Gardermoen has been through a reorganization, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to carry out events, tours or similar assignments this spring.

We are open to the public during our regular opening hours, which are:

Sunday 11-17

The cafe is closed until further notice.

The simulator is open for booking during the collection’s opening hours.

Adults: kr. 90,00 | Children kr. 60,00 (Free admission for children aged 5 or less) | Senior citizens kr. 75,00 | Family kr. 250,00 (2 adults + up to 3 children)

Aircraft and helicopters on display

We are proud to present a unique collection of military aircraft and equipment, all with ties to every era in the history of Norwegian military aviation. The collection consists of over 40 different types of aircraft and helicopters, some of which are unique not only to Norway, but also internationally.

German and allied fighter, transport and bomber aircraft form the second world war as well as pioneering propeller and jet aircraft are on display, and makes for a truly memorable experience.

Giftshop

In the museum giftshop you will find books, magazines, aircraft scalemodel kits, and souvenirs. If you are into aviation you’re guaranteed to find something here!

Getting here by car

Getting here using public transport

Travel to Oslo Airport Gardermoen by plane, train or bus, and from there:

Go by bus 400 og 420 (Bus company: Ruter)

– to bus stop: «Lilleplassen». From there it is a 5 minute walk to the museum. The bus leaves Oslo airport Gardermoen every 24 and 54 minutes past every hour from monday through friday. On saturdays and sundays, 24 minutes past every hour.

Go by shuttlebuss nr. S33
-from bus stop B-25 (at the airport). The bus leaves every 10, 30 og 50 minutes past every hour, and stops at Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport Hotel West (a 100 meter walk from the museum)
